The Novus Cycle kicks off April 6, and we’re coming in strong with fresh strength + conditioning goals for the next 7 weeks.
This phase is all about turning the page after the Open. We’re hitting reset and getting back to the basics—building strength with more structure, dialling in positions, and cleaning up movement quality.
Expect:
- More controlled strength work (pauses, isometrics, positional focus)
- Technical position focus in olympic lifting
- Conditioning that still hits 💥 but leans into longer, grindier efforts
Less racing, more intention. This is where we rebuild, refocus, and set the tone for what’s next.
