Bring A Friend Week - April 27 ❤️‍🔥

Phys Ed 22. April 2026 um 08:54

Bring A Friend Week is back on April 27!

All week long, you can bring a friend for free to any class you attend. It’s the perfect chance to share all the fitness you've been working on and intro them to your secret gym friends.

Bring your partner, colleague, friend, puppy —everyone’s welcome.

And we end the week with the inaugural :

The Super Best Friends Super Fitness Race

A super fun and accessible 45-minute workout packed with all the moves you know and love (and maybe a few surprises).

And of course… we’ll hang out afterwards with some well-earned snacks.

Mark your calendars:

  • Bring A Friend Week: April 27 – May 2
  • Saturday May 2nd : The Great P.E. Fitness Race Of The Fittest Ever

Start thinking about who you’re bringing and who you're going to beat!

P.E. RUN CLUB - Starts April 22nd 18:00 - 19:00

Phys Ed 13. April 2026 um 08:20

🏃‍♂️ P.E. RUN CLUB IS HERE

The weather is getting better and it's time to get outside.

Run Club is your chance to actually learn how to run. No more stumbling down the street cursing and complaining about how much you knees hurt. You'll learn technique, how to pace, how to enjoy it (again).

📅 The Schedule

Every other week we rotate through focused sessions: a tempo effort to set your pace, interval training to build speed, and a longer group run to grow your endurance—finishing with a race moment where you put it all together.

🧠 Training Basics

As with all our training at PhysEd, it's about training smart: build up gradually, mix speed and endurance, and keep it easy to get faster.

We’ll cover the basics on gear, fuelling, and hydration, plus a few extra tips along the way. And with the right warm-up and cooldown, your body will actually be ready to run—not just survive it.

SIGN UP IN RESAWOD AND SEE YOU ON THE STREETS

THE NOVUS CYCLE - starts April 6th

Phys Ed 30. März 2026 um 10:06

Hey fam!

The Novus Cycle kicks off April 6, and we’re coming in strong with fresh strength + conditioning goals for the next 7 weeks.

This phase is all about turning the page after the Open. We’re hitting reset and getting back to the basics—building strength with more structure, dialling in positions, and cleaning up movement quality.

Expect:

  • More controlled strength work (pauses, isometrics, positional focus)
  • Technical position focus in olympic lifting
  • Conditioning that still hits 💥 but leans into longer, grindier efforts

Less racing, more intention. This is where we rebuild, refocus, and set the tone for what’s next.

We’ve mapped it all out for you 👇
👉 https://canva.link/b5wjhzy7c9mzst7

Inside the overview, you’ll see the weekly breakdown of movements + focuses, so you know what’s coming and can attack each session with purpose.

New cycle. New goals. Let's go get 'sum!

See you on the dance floor.
