This Saturday, 24.05.25, we’re throwing down “Murph & BBQ”:
1 mile run (1.6km), 100 pull‑ups, 200 push‑ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run (1.6km)—and then chill with good vibes and great food. 🔥
We’ll have some burgers on the grill (on us!)—but if you feel like bringing a little something, a salad or dessert would be awesome. Nothing fancy, just share what you like.
