🎃 Halloween WOD – Friday, 31.10. @ 18:00
It’s that time of the year again!
Our annual Halloween WOD is happening Friday, October 31st at 18:00.
Come dressed up, get sweaty, and have some fun together — this has become one of our favorite traditions at the box.
Costumes are highly encouraged (the more ridiculous, the better 😜). Let’s make it a fun one!
🏋️♀️ Programming Update
We’re starting a brand-new 8-Week Strength Cycle: MAYHEM OVERDRIVE — running from October 27th to December 20th.
This phase blends higher-volume hypertrophy-style powerlifts with structured, percentage-based Olympic lifting.
The focus is on building strength, control, and balance across all major lifts — while keeping sessions efficient and intense.
Here’s the structure:

3 Sessions per Week:
- Session A: Powerlift (6–12 reps, 3–5 sets, built by feel)
- Session B: Olympic Lift (percentage-based, lower reps for power & precision)
- Session C: Accessory Work (pulling, pressing, and stability focus)
Expect a solid mix of volume, structure, and autonomy — allowing you to push hard while managing recovery.
🤸 Specialty Classes
- Gymnastics Class: Focus for the next weeks is all about Handstand Control, Handstand Walks, and Wall Walks — time to get upside down and build confidence overhead.
- Olympic Weightlifting Class: Focus is on Clean & Jerks and Back Squats — a classic and powerful combo.
