Dear Members,
Despite several reminders we still frequently face the situation where members take and write down some bars/cookies without their accounts being sufficiently credited. This leads to notes being opened for several weeks and additional, unnecessary work for us.
We decided to work on a trust basis and keep the items outside the vending machine to keep the price lower. But it is your responsability to ensure you have enough credit to cover the cost of the items you take.
Moving forward, there will be a fee (0.5€ per item) applied every time we cannot charge an item due to insufficient funds.
Please also note that we have added the possibility to pay directly by PayPal if you do not wish to use the RESAWOD Credit option.
