We’re excited to launch small group HYROX sessions—open to all athletes. These sessions are designed to help you prepare even more for the race season, so you can crush the race and be proud of your amazing time!

Slots will start from the 2nd March based on a 4 week refining block until race week.

Flexible times: Book any slot between 8 AM – 4 PM

Group size: Maximum 4 athletes (Relay/doubles)

Focus: Refine weaknesses, improve technique, and get extra attention where it counts.

Included: Personalized running sessions tailored to your needs + pacing if needed.

Cost: €40 per session (track fee not included, if applicable)

So we’ve opened more slots on Monday and added The Open Gym programming on RESAWOD upon booking for extra structure.

You can now choose 1 from 3 Open Gym workout options during the week + 1 on Saturday.
Use this time to dial in efficiency, build your aerobic base, and get quality work done on the ergs.

We recommend you go through all the options beforehand in order to plan your week ahead properly to avoid over/under training.
