MONDAY - 30´ WORKOUT ..some thurster, burpee box jump,
TUESDAY - Interval BW workout...45" work 15" rest + core
WEDNESDAY - DEADLIFT ... 1 MAX + sprint workout
THURSDAY - Strength Day - Upper body (bench press and pull ups) + Core
FRIDAY - Super CHRISTMAS interval "Hyrox" workout - team of 2.
SATURDAY - Team of 2 workout
Remember always that everyone can do this trainings, everything can be adapted for you.
All these trainings are prepared to get the maximum performance in the week, so that at the end of the week you will have worked in the most complete way.
