- 24m dumbbell overhead walking lunge
- 20 alternating dumbbell snatches
- 20 pull-ups / jumping pull ups
- 24m dumbbell overhead walking lunge
- 20 alternating dumbbell snatches
- 20 chest-to-bar pull-ups / pull ups
- 24m dumbbell overhead walking lunge
- 20 alternating dumbbell snatches
- 20 muscle-ups / chest to bar pull ups

Everyone Can Do This Workout
Just because you can’t do pull-ups yet doesn’t mean this workout isn’t for you. We’ll always have scaling options so everyone can come in and get some.
And you never know what can happen with a little competition pressure — maybe this is the day you get your first pull-up! 💪
