WINTER IS COMING CYCLE starts November 10

Hey Fam!! 

This week we wrap up our current 8 week cycle as we continue to retest our Push Presses and Snatches and take another swing at our Double Under, Toes to Bar AMRAP. 

Excited to see some PR’s!

For those of you just joining us for which this may be all gibberish; we tested certain movements and conditioning pieces 8 weeks ago and after spending some time practicing those movements, getting stronger and more familiar with them, we’re going to try them again and hopefully see some improvement. 🤞

Next week, November 10 we start our WINTER IS COMING CYCLE 🥶 this 8 week cycle will take us through the new year and make sure we’re all strong enough to eat all the xmas cookies we can get our hands on.

Finally, you will see on the last page in the Daily Template something called Extra Credit. These are optional 15 minute drills and exercises that will be posted on the whiteboard daily for those of you that feel they need a little more accessory strength / skill / mobility work. They can be done between or after classes (space permitting) on your own time ( if one hour at PhysEd just isn’t enough. 🤓)
