Our goal? Building strength and control in strict positions before moving to kipping.

🔹 Classes Per Week: 2 (same programming both days)

- Skill Practice
Max Reps Test – 1:00 Strict HSPU / Pike Push-Ups
Strength Work – 5 sets at 30% of your max reps
