___Hello Team, here i m gonna send you more or less the program that i have for you for next week, i hope you follow the program and enjoy the trainings. Remember always to bring your water and towel with you.

Monday:  open 20.2  Tuesday: Deadlifts + 12´workout Wednesday: gymnastic day  Thursday: strength and weighlifting (power clean) Friday: HYROX : team of 2  Satruday: Team Workout __All these workouts are prepared and designed to make you perform at your best, working and developing new skills at the end of the week.
