___Hello Team, here i m gonna send you more or less the program that i have for you for next week, i hope you follow the program and enjoy the trainings. Remember always to bring your water and towel with you.
Monday: DEADLIFTS and straight legs box jump + 3 rounds for time
Tuesday: bodyweight day - interval day - don´t miss it
Wednesday: 1 RM BACK SQUAT + 12´emom with sled push and bike
Thursday: PULL UPS + thrusters + core accesories
Friday: 500m ROW CHALLENGE + 5 ROUNDS for time
Satruday: Team Workout
__TUESDAY 19:00: bbq in exiles
__WEDNESDAY 19:00 -- TRAINING WITH ME *Minimum experience required
