✨Hi guys. Let me tell you what is the program that I have for you this 3 weeks of January:
• every days from Monday to Friday CORE CHALLENGE. Every days will work in our core.
- Mondays and Wednesday - the idea is work in diferent strength exercises before start in February a couple of new cycles of strength.
- Tuesdays bodyweight workouts
- Thursdays working in PUSH AND PULL specially chest , shoulder and back.
- Friday continue with HYROX workouts.
- Saturdays Team workouts
