FIRST WEEK OF JUNE!!!
___HI team! i hope you are having a good weekend.
__A little plan of the week:
__There are LILIS (erg machine , row, ski and bike), 3 days during the week, (monday, wednesday and friday). in diferents workouts, intensities and distances.
__The idea is you complete the 3 LILIS in the week, choose as you want but try to change.
__Only on Saturday in the team workout we have a Team of 3 (1 rowing, 1 working, 1 resting)
__THE WORKOUTS AND THE WEEK IS AMAZING!! don´t skip days hahhahaha
__If you want to join us (book en resawod app), all of your friends are very welcome.
__All these workouts are prepared and designed to make you perform at your best, working and developing new skills at the end of the week.
__Remember that: every workout makes you 1% stronger
