___Hello Team, here i m gonna send you more or less the program that i have for you for next week, i hope you follow the program and enjoy the trainings.
___My plan this week is run TUESDAY (2x800mintervals during the workout)
Monday: DEADLIFT CYCLE DAY 5 (85-90%) + AMAZING 15´AMRAP
Tuesday: 30´HYROX workout (800 m run included + 25+25+25+25....hahahaha
Wednesday: PUBLIC HOLIDAY TEAM WORKOUT (incluided row and sled push..)
Thursday: UPPER BODY DAY - 30´Strengh and core challenge
Friday: CLOSE
Satruday: CLOSE
Sunday: you can meet and do 10 k slow running to recover
