___Hello Team, here i m gonna send you more or less the program that i have for you for next week, i hope you follow the program and enjoy the trainings.
___My plan this week is run TUESDAY (800m intervals during the workout) and Saturday (intervals) after the workout.
Monday: DEADLIFT CYCLE DAY 3 (60-75%) + Devil workout
Tuesday: Core challenge + bodyweight workout (800 m run included)
Wednesday: BACK SQUAT CYCLE DAY 3 (60-75%) + 17´Dumbbell workout
Thursday: UPPER BODY DAY - 36´Strengh and core EMOM (Incluided HEAVY SLED PUSH)
Friday: INTERVAL HYROX : 2´on 2´off + 30-20-10 extra work
Satruday: Team Workout with Barbell + intervals running (10:45am)
Sunday: 10-12 k slow running to recover + coffee and if you want we can do nice hike
