Samedi prochain 29 juin aura lieu la Swiss Team CHallenge à notre box d'Entre-Bois.
Petit rappel concernant cet événement pour celles et ceux qui ne sont pas encore au courant.
La Swiss Team CHallenge est une compétition suisse de CrossFit qui se déroule chaque année dans votre box.
C'est une compétition en team de 4 avec 3 catégories :
- Team de 4 avec minimum 1 homme et 1 femme (HHFF / HFFF / HHHF)
- 3 catégories : Rookies (débutants), Regluars (intermédiaires) ou Firebreathers (RX)
Cette édition 2024 sera composée de 3 events (5 WODs). Si vous ne voulez pas garder le suspense pour samedi matin, les WODs sont visibles ici => https://www.instagram.com/swis...
Afin de pouvoir organiser au mieux cette édition dans notre box d'Entre-Bois, voici les informations importantes :
- Si tu participes ou souhaites participer, inscris-toi sur RESAWOD.
- Si vous avez déjà une équipe de 4, inscrivez votre équipe ici => https://stc2024teams.eventbrit... (Mot de passe : STC2024Teams) et aussi sur la feuille d'inscription disponible à la box
- Si tu n'as pas d'équipe mais que tu veux participer, on t'attend samedi matin et on te trouvera une équipe sur place.
Pour les participants, rendez-vous samedi matin à 9h00 à Entre-Bois :
09h00 - 09h10 : Accueil
09h10 - 09h30 : Briefing
10h00 - ... : Event 1...
14h00 - ... : Grillade post STCH
Le planning détaillé dépendra du nombre d'équipes.
Une fois les 3 events terminés, on passera en mode "Grillade", donc n'oublies pas ta viande, ton tofu, tes vitamines post WOD et tout ce qui te fera plaisir pour un pic nic canadien.

Next Saturday, June 29th, the Swiss Team CHallenge will take place at Entre-Bois.
A quick reminder about this event for those who are not aware yet.
The Swiss Team CHallenge is a Swiss CrossFit competition that takes place every year in your box.
It’s a team competition of 4 with 3 categories:
- Team of 4 with minimum 1 man and 1 woman (HHFF / HFFF / HHHF)
- 3 categories: Rookies (beginners), Regluars (intermediates) or Firebreathers (RX)

In order to organize this edition in our Entre-Bois box, here are the important informations:
- If you participate or wish to participate, register on RESAWOD.
- If you already have a team of 4, register your team here => https://stc2024teams.eventbrit... (Password: STC2024Teams) and also on the registration sheet available at the box
- If you don't have a team but want to participate, we'll wait for you on Saturday morning and we'll find you a team there.
For participants, see you on Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. in Entre-Bois:
09:00 a.m. - 09:10 a.m.: Reception
09:10 a.m. - 09:30 a.m.: Briefing
10:00 a.m. - ...: Event 1...
02:00 p.m. - ...: Post STCH grill
The detailed schedule will depend on the number of teams.
Once the 3 events are over, we will switch to "Grill" mode, so don't forget your meat, your tofu, your post WOD vitamins and anything that will please you in Canadian picnic style.
