Bliži se mjesec Ramazana i ukoliko postis i treniras slijedi par bitnih informacija za tebe.
Ove godine nećemo mijenjati raspored treninga, ali cemo ponuditi dodatnu priliku za trening ukoliko ti ni jedan od nasih uobicajenih termina ne odgovara. Od ponedjeljka do četvrtka, od 21:00 do 22:00, teretana će biti otvorena i iako u tom terminu neće biti naših trenera, naš prijatelj koji vodi grupne treninge bit ce u prostoru. Ovaj sat će služiti kao Open Gym sesija.
Ljubazno te molimo da poštujes druge vjezbace i da ne smetate jedni drugima tokom treninga. Sa ciljem bolje organizacije, dodali smo ovaj termin u aplikaciju i molimo te da se prijavits ako planiras doći.
Ako postite i trenirate u uobicajenim casovima, obavezno obavijestite trenere – oni će vam ukolioko je potrebno rado prilagoditi trening kako bi odgovarao vašoj energiji, a da i dalje bude efikasan. Najvažnije je da slušate svoje tijelo, smanjite intenzitet ako je potrebno i obratite pažnju na hidrataciju i ishranu prilikom iftara.

As the month of Ramadan approaches, we know that some of you are wondering how to balance training during this time.
This year, we will not be adjusting the class schedule, but we want to offer an additional training opportunity. From Monday to Thursday, between 9:00 and 10:00 PM, the gym will be open for training. While we won’t be coaching during this time, a friend who runs group training sessions will also be there, and the hour will serve as an Open Gym session.
We kindly ask everyone to be respectful of each other’s space and training needs. To help with organization, we will add this Open Gym slot to our booking system, and we ask that you sign up if you plan to attend.
If you’re fasting and training, please let the coaches know when you attend regular classes—they will be happy to adjust the workout to match your energy levels while ensuring you still get a great session. Most importantly, listen to your body, take it easy if needed, and focus on proper hydration and nutrition when breaking your fast.
