It’s a neeew daaaawn, a neeew yeaaar! What a way to start 2026! Thank you so much to all those who attended our 2-year anniversary and made it such a fun event. We have loads of exciting stuff in store for you this year following the same vibe as the previous one. And to the warriors who continued working out and showing up during the December holidays, this one goes out to you! ;)

1. 2026 Agenda

Here we go, 2026 watch out! We’re coming for you with an attitude! Check out our Q1 events here!

    • Gym seminar – Saturday 24 Jan

    Our amazing coach Andre will be heading back to his home country of Malta at the end of January. Don't miss his going away gift to you all. A Gym Seminar focusing on Handstand and Handstand walk bound to be full of tips, tricks and overall good vibes as he brings his experience to turn you all into elite gymnasts ;) Remember to register in the app (workshops & seminars) – free for Unlimited members, 5€ for limited members and 10€ for voucher-holders.

    • WB Apero night – Thursday 26 Feb

    The first one for the year! Our Thursday eve drinks are back! As per usual, let’s get together for a few drinks, some chatter, fun and good laughs. First drink on us

    It will be the perfect evening to announce the first Wod of the 2026 CrossFit Open and to give you more details on the planning of Saturday 28th! Don’t miss it :)

    • CrossFit Open 26.1 – Saturday 28 Feb

    Rinse and repeat, kickstarting the first week of the new Open season at the end of February, which will last over 3 weeks until mid-March. An opportunity to test yourself, your level and progression and see what weaknesses need to be worked on. But most importantly a half-day of fun, support, fitness with our amazing community, WB style. You will judge, you will be judged, you will scream and shout and support with passion ☺ More info here.

    For those who are interested in registering officially for the CrossFit Open and recording your score to see where you end up in the worldwide standings (who knows we might have a future competitor in our midst :p), you can also choose that as one of the perks below (see poll), add it next to your name so we know how many are interested and we will purchase bulk registration and “distribute” them to those of you who registered.

    In addition, if any of you wish to help us judge officially, we will pay for your online judging course! Reach out and let us know ;)

    2. News & updates

    • If you missed the news back in December just a reminder that due to the new Belgian tax law raising the vat for sports centres from 6 to 12% we will be increasing our rates slightly when it comes into effect 1st of March. The difference will be “minimal”. All the new prices below are vat included:
      • Limited memberships:
        • 3 months – 116.25€/month
        • 6 months – 108.75€/month
        • 12 months – 100€/month
    • Unlimited memberships:
      • 3 months – 155€/month
      • 6 months – 145€/month
      • 12 months – 125€/month
      • As announced back then, to thank you for your continuing support, each of you can choose a small gift, please see poll here to choose between:
        • A free t-shirt (except the bra tops) for 6 & 12 months memberships (if you already ordered one arriving in January, it will be offered should you choose this as a perk. If not, it will be on our future order)
        • Open registration fees offered (if you intend to do the CrossFit Open officially)
        • 20€ credit to use on F&B or supplements with us

      • To follow up on that, great news! We have received the T-Shirts from the first orderCome and collect yours, ask us at the desk! For those of you who still haven’t ordered yours, excel sheet here to add your choice, size and colour for the next order.
      • Another bit of good news, From this year onward, we will allow one free membership freeze per year and per member (ONLY *UNLIMITED memberships) for a maximum of 2 weeks with a 1 month notice. (*technically we cannot alter session allowance on the app for limited memberships)
      • Going forward, we will implement automatic class cancellation 6 hours prior to the start of the class if there are less than 2 people registered.
      • Calling all interested/curious people and our regular gooers, our Gym & Barbell cycling specialty classes will be following a 6-week program:
        • Gymnastics: a focus on strict strength, kipping mechanics and movement
        • Barbell Cycling: a focus on improving strength, cycling the barbell, technique work and lifting heavy weights under fatigue
          (don’t worry if you miss one or the other, the sessions will be intended for everyone to learn and progress every week). Don’t miss them or get to know them: every Thursdays from 1 to 2pm and Sundays 12 to 1pm)
      • Our coach Boris is organising a Surf Camp in Morocco from April 11th to 18th. We already have a nice group of people from the box that are signed up but there are still some spots available. Reach out to us on WhatsApp if you'd like to receive more information. Don’t wait too long, secure your spot now before availability runs out.
      • As a new year kicks off, we reflect on what matters to us – we’d like to strongly encourage those of you who need it, to start considering improving your fitness through better nutrition. This will only better support your health, performance at the gym, and overall quality of life. Boris, a certified nutrition coach, offers several options to work on your nutrition (individualized program, intro sessions, group workshops, etc..). Reach out to him if you are interested! And for the OGs and newcomers, keep your eyes peeled for a soon to be announced second nutrition group challenge

      Reminders:

      * Only experienced members (6 months of training) who have demonstrated the ability to train independently SAFELY. We reserve the right to accept / refuse any member based on our knowledge of your training experience! For both unlimited AND limited members (it will count as a used session). You will receive the code to the key box to open the door of the gym / locker rooms. All members who want to make use of this privilege will have to sign our waiver.
