Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
Effects of circuit training:
Studies at Baylor University and The Cooper Institute show that circuit training is the most time efficient way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance. Studies show that circuit training helps women to achieve their goals and maintain them longer than other forms of exercise or diet.

The first TR IN-HOUSE event is round the corner. For the first time ever, we will be having a ROOKIES category. The in-house will take place over the 23rd and 24th of March. With ROOKIES going first on Saturday, and the INTERMEDIATES following on Sunday. If you're not participating or volunteering, we invite you to come support our athletes! Events start at 06:30 on Saturday at 07:00 on Sunday.
