___Hello Team, here i m gonna send you more or less the program that i have for you for next week, i hope you follow the program and enjoy the trainings.
___My plan this week is run TUESDAY and FRIDAY (400m intervals during the workout + 100M ).
__The abs challenge begins during the month of April. Don't miss it!!!
Monday: HIPTHRUST + For time workout + ab challenge day 1
Tuesday: 5 rounds for time with 400m run incluided (30´time cap) + ab challenge day 2
Wednesday: 1 RM DEADLIFT + 15´ workout
Thursday: PUSH and PULL (db bench press + pull ups) + 8´workout + ab challenge day 3
Friday: INTERVAL HYROX : 36´ (incluided row + sled push + 100 m run) + ab challenge day 4
Satruday: Team Workout with dummbells
