___Hello Team, here i m gonna send you more or less the program that i have for you for next week, i hope you follow the program and enjoy the trainings.
___My plan this week is run FRIDAY (800-400-400-800m intervals during the workout)

___On Saturdays at 11:30 it is starting to get too hot to run the intervals so we will have to arrange another time.

Monday: Public holiday . Team of 2 with 2 AMRAP OF 12´+ 10 min extra to find 1RM of Deadlift
